The Gig:
As our Producer, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our client’s creative visions to life. Here's what you'll be doing:
End-to-End Project Leader: Handling projects from inception to completion. This means managing everything from initial briefing, to the production phase on set, and all the way through final delivery. Your capability to comprehend, direct, and infuse creativity into the process is vital to delivering outstanding content. You are responsible for engaging freelancers, securing locations, casting actors/models, and overseeing post. You’ll handle multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track and on point. We need someone who can keep their cool under pressure.
Budget Controller: Skillfully generate quotations manage project budgets, making sure that resources are allocated efficiently and costs are kept under control while maintaining high production standards.
Pitch Development Lead: Spearhead the creation and presentation of creative pitches, shaping engaging proposals that win over clients and pave the way for successful project collaborations.
Communication Expert: You're the one who ensures everyone's on the same page. You'll translate the chaos into creative clarity.
Client Liaison: When clients need guidance through the production process, you'll be their trusted advisor.
Deadline Champion: Tight deadlines? No problem. You'll ensure our projects stay on schedule without breaking a sweat.
Positive Decision-Maker: You know how to decline or redirect ideas constructively, turning obstacles into opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience: You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in producing TV commercials, brand films, and social content. We're looking for someone who knows the ropes, so experience in the UAE is a plus.
Software Knowledge: Keynote and Numbers are essential for project management and presentations.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, and if you speak Arabic, that's a bonus.
